Ingredients:
- 2 lbs ground beef
- 1 cup breadcrumbs
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 eggs, lightly beaten
- 1/4 cup milk
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/4 cup ketchup
- 2 tablespoons brown sugar
- 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard

- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a mixing bowl, combine the ground beef, breadcrumbs, grated Parmesan cheese, lightly beaten eggs, milk, minced garlic, salt, and black pepper. Mix well to combine.
- Press the mixture into a greased 9×5 inch loaf pan.
- In a separate mixing bowl, whisk together the ketchup, brown sugar, and Dijon mustard until well combined.
- Spread the ketchup mixture over the top of the meatloaf.
- Bake the Parmesan Meatloaf for 1 hour or until the meatloaf is cooked through and the internal temperature reaches 160°F (71°C).
- Remove the meatloaf from the oven and let it rest for 10 minutes before slicing and serving.
