▢¼ teaspoon kosher salt
▢¾ cups granulated sugar
▢¼ cup dark brown sugar, packed
▢3 large eggs, room temperature
▢⅔ cup pumpkin puree
▢powdered sugar, for dusting
Cream Cheese Filling
▢8 ounces cream cheese, softened to 65-67ºF (18-19ºC)
▢6 tablespoons unsalted butter, softened to 65-67ºF (18-19ºC)
▢1 ½ cups powdered sugar
▢1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
