– 1 Lb.Of ground beef.
– 1 Tbsp.Of olive oil.
– 1 small onion, finely diced.
– 2 garlic cloves minced.
– A packet.Of taco seasoning mix.
– 1 Cup.Of water.
– 1 large bag of tortilla chips.
– 2 Cups.Of shredded Mexican blend cheese

– 1 Cup.Of diced tomatoes.
– 1 Cup.Of diced bell peppers (assorted colors).
– 1 Cup.Of sliced black olives.
– 1 Cup.Of sliced jalapenos (seeds removed for milder heat).
– 1/2 Cup.Of chopped green onions.
– 1 Cup.Of sour cream.
– 1/2 Cup.Of guacamole.
– 1/2 Cup.Of salsa.
– Fresh cilantro leaves for garnish
PREPARATION:
1st Step
Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over moderate heat. Sauté the garlic and onions until the onions are transparent and the garlic is aromatic. Toss in the ground beef and heat, breaking it up with a spoon, until browned and fully cooked.
2nd Step
After the beef has finished cooking, sprinkle the taco seasoning mix over it and toss to combine. Once the water has been added, the heat should be turned down to medium-low and the meat should be let to simmer for about seven minutes to allow the flavors to combine and the sauce to thicken. Take off the stove and put it aside.
3rd Step
