First preheat the oven to 350 degrees.
In a small bowl, combine flour, baking powder, baking soda, cinnamon, and salt.
In bowl, beating butter with an electric mixer for a mn to break it up.
Adding sugars and beat for another 2-3 mn
Then we add eggs, vanilla and milk and continue to mix.
Finally, adding flour mixture and beat to dough comes together.
Add oatmeal, chocolate chips, nuts and coconut by hand.
Chill this mixture in the refrigerator for one hour.
Divide the dough into 12 balls and bake on a parchment-lined baking sheet for 13 to 15 minutes, until golden brown.
Cool on the baking sheet for 1 minute, then transfer to a wire rack to cool.
When these came out of the oven, my hubby couldn’t help but eat 6 all own his own!
