PREPARATION:
Step 1:
Grease a 9×13-inch baking pan and preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
Step 2:
Next, melt the butter in a medium saucepan over low heat. When the chocolate has melted, turn off the heat and whisk in the cocoa powder until everything is well-blended and smooth. The cocoa-butter mixture will now have granulated sugar added, which you should thoroughly integrate.
Step 3:
Beat in the eggs one at a time, being sure to completely integrate each one before continuing. Add the vanilla essence and stir. Fold the salt and all-purpose flour in gradually until just blended. Avoid overmixing as this might lead to difficult brownies. With a spatula, spread the brownie mixture evenly after pouring it onto the prepared baking pan.
Step 4:
Bake the mixture in the preheated oven for about 25 to 30 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted in the middle comes out with a few wet crumbs. Keep an eye on the brownies while they bake since your oven’s baking time may vary somewhat. The brownies should be taken out of the oven after baking and allowed to cool fully in the pan before icing.
