- 1 jar marshmallow cream 7 ounce
- 2 teaspoons milk
FOR THE STRAWBERRY LAYER:
- ¼ cup unsalted butter
- 10 ounce bag mini marshmallows
- 0.3 ounce package sugar free strawberry gelatin mix
- 5 ½ cup rice krispies cereal
