Ingredients
- 3 eggs
- 1/4 cup almond flour
- 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella
- 4 ounces cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
- 1 tablespoon sweetener (I used brown sugar monk fruit, but you can use your favorite sugar-free sweetener)
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1/3 cup blueberries
Really good! My wife and I ate half of it at night and the rest for lunch the next day!
