How to Make Cream Cheese Keto Brownies
This is one of my all-time favorite low-carb desserts with cream cheese! Bold statement, I know. Here’s an overview of how to make this low-carb brownie recipe:
- In a mixing bowl, combine the melted butter, Swerve sugar substitute, and cocoa powder.
- Add the eggs, followed by the almond flour and salt.
- Turn the brownie batter into a parchment paper-lined 8×8-inch baking dish.
- In a blender or food processor, add the cream cheese, Swerve sugar substitute, heavy cream and vanilla extract and blend.
- Spoon the cheesecake mixture in lumps onto the brownie batter, and swirl.
- Bake until brownies are set.
