– 2 sliced celery stalks.
– A medium-diced onion.
– 3 cloves garlic, minced.
– 1 Tsp.Of dried thyme.
– 1 Tsp.Of dried rosemary.
– One bay leaf.
– 2 Cups.Of egg noodles (or any pasta of your choice).
– Salt and pepper to taste.
– Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish).
– Olive oil for cooking.
