THE INGREDIENTS LIST:
• 1 Cup.Of mayonnaise.
• 1/2 Cup.Of sour cream.
• 1/2 Cup.Of buttermilk.
• 1 Tsp.Of fresh lemon juice.
• 1 clove garlic, minced.
• 2 Tbsp.Of fresh parsley, finely chopped (or 1 tablespoon dried parsley).
• 1 Tbsp.Of fresh chives, finely chopped (or 1 teaspoon dried chives).
• 1 Tsp.Of fresh dill, finely chopped (or 1/2 teaspoon dried dill).
• 1/2 Tsp.Of onion powder.
• Salt and freshly ground black pepper, to taste.
Just grate the potatoes! I have never had such a delicious dinner! Easy and cheap!
