Instructions
Combine all the dry ingredients together in a bowl
Add in mashed banana, milk, beaten egg and vanilla extract. Stir to combine the batter together.
Preheat a pan with a bit of butter on medium low. Add a scoop of pancake batter, leaving space between each one
Cook on each side for about 2-3 minutes or until the pancakes are golden brown. Repeat until you ran out of batter, adding a bit of unsalted butter each time. Serve & Enjoy!
