5th Step
Take the pan off the heat and toss in the lemon juice, dried parsley flakes, salt, and pepper until everything is combined. This results in a butter sauce that is aromatic and flavorful, and it will be the ideal accompaniment to the sweet crab flesh.
6th Step
Put the crab legs that have been broken into a large baking dish. Spread the butter sauce out equally over the crab legs, making sure that each piece is covered well.
7th Step
Wrap a layer of aluminum foil around the baking dish. This helps to trap steam and flavor, which keeps the crab legs wet and succulent even after they have been cooked. Bake in an oven that has been warmed for about 15-18 minutes, or until the crab flesh has reached the desired temperature.
8th Step
Take the baking dish out of the oven and set it aside. To add a splash of color and an additional dimension of taste to the crab legs, garnish them with some fresh parsley and slices of lemon.
Growing up we didn’t have a lot. My mama made this regularly. It’s simple but tasty. Also taught me a thing or two about appreciation!.
