Instructions:
1. Preheat your oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit (175 degrees Celsius).
2. In a large mixing bowl, combine the ground beef, breadcrumbs or oats, chopped onion, minced garlic, beaten eggs, ketchup or tomato sauce, Worcestershire sauce, dried thyme, dried oregano, salt, and black pepper. Mix well until all the ingredients are evenly incorporated.
3. Shape the mixture into a loaf shape and place it in a baking dish or loaf pan.
4. If desired, spread a layer of ketchup or barbecue sauce on top of the meatloaf for glazing.
5. Place the meatloaf in the preheated oven and bake for approximately 1 hour or until the internal temperature reaches 160 degrees Fahrenheit (71 degrees Celsius).
This looked so good when I saw it, I had to make it right away! Needless to say, it was a hit!
