Instructions:
1. In a medium bowl, combine the graham cracker crumbs and melted butter. Mix until the crumbs are evenly coated.
2. Press the crumb mixture into the bottom of a 9×13-inch baking dish to form the crust. Set aside.
3. In a large mixing bowl, beat the cream cheese until smooth and creamy.
4. Gradually add the powdered sugar and vanilla extract to the cream cheese, and continue beating until well combined.
5. In a separate bowl, whip the heavy cream until stiff peaks form.
6. Gently fold the whipped cream into the cream cheese mixture until fully incorporated.
7. Spread the cream cheese mixture evenly over the graham cracker crust in the baking dish.
8. Pour the cherry pie filling over the cream cheese layer and spread it out evenly.
