Directions:
1. Heat olive oil in a pan, sauté diced onion, carrot, celery, and minced garlic until softened.
2. Add beef, cook until browned. Sprinkle flour, stir well.
3. Mix in potato, beef stock, Worcestershire sauce, and tomato paste. Bring to a boil and then simmer until thickened.
4. Stir in frozen peas, then allow the mixture to cool.
5. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F and line baking sheets. (You might need 2)
6. Using a round cookie cutter, cut each pastry sheet into desired size (you can get 4 per sheet). Place filling on one half, leaving space at edges.
