Step 1
First, preheat oven to 350°F (175°C), while bringing a large pot of lightly salted water to a boil, and cook spaghetti in boiling water for about 12 minutes until firm but cooked through, then drain.
Step 2
Then, in a large skillet over medium-high heat, brown and crumble the beef for 5 to 7 minutes. Drain and discard any grease, and transfer the cooked beef to a bowl and mix in spaghetti sauce.
Step 3
After that, in a 9×13-inch casserole dish, arrange half of the butter slices at the bottom. Spread half of the spaghetti evenly over the butter in the dish.
Step 4
In a bowl, combine cottage cheese, cream cheese, and sour cream. Spread this mixture over the layer of spaghetti in the casserole dish. Then, cover the mixture with the remaining spaghetti and top it with the remaining slices of butter.
Step 5
Next, pour the ground beef mixture over the spaghetti in the casserole dish, ensuring it is spread evenly in a layer.
Really good! My wife and I ate half of it at night and the rest for lunch the next day!
Served this at a party the other day, and everyone raved about how good this tasted. Plus, it’s only 4 ingredients.
