5th Step
Melt the chocolate chips in a microwave-safe bowl or a double boiler. Carefully dip each caramel square into the melted chocolate using a fork or a candy dipping tool.
6th Step
Spread the caramels that have been dipped in chocolate on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Salt each caramel nibble with a pinch of sea salt while the chocolate is still warm.
7th Step
Wait for the salted caramel bits to reach room temperature, then let the chocolate set. If you put some Salted Caramel Bites on a tray, they’ll quickly go.
