INSTRUCTIONS:
– Prepare your oven by preheating it to 350 degrees Fahrenheit (175 degrees Celsius). Prepare two 9-by-5-inch loaf pans with butter and flour.
– In a large basin, combine the flour, baking soda, salt, cinnamon, nutmeg, and cloves by whisking them together. This guarantees that the seasonings will be distributed uniformly throughout the bread.
– In a separate dish, using a mixer on medium speed, thoroughly incorporate the eggs, granulated sugar, brown sugar, vegetable oil, and water, followed by the pumpkin puree.
– Stir constantly while adding the liquid components one at a time to the dry ones. Continue until everything is just blended. Take care not to overmix the ingredients, since doing so might change the consistency of the bread.
– If you want to add an additional layer of texture and taste, you may mix in some chopped nuts, raisins, or chocolate chips if you want to.
– Scoop the batter into the ready loaf pans and spread it out evenly with a spatula.
– Bake for 60–70 minutes in an oven that has been preheated, or until a toothpick that has been put into the middle comes out clean. Both the crust and the crumb of the bread should be moist, and the crust should have a golden brown color.
