- In a skillet over medium high heat, add the ground pork, onions and carrots in the skillet.
- When the pork is cooked, lower the heat and stir in the minced garlic, salt and pepper, soy sauce, green onions and cabbage.
- Saute for 5 more minutes
- When done, let the filling cool slightly
- Lay the wrappers out on the counter in front of you
- Place a small spoonful of the filling in a line towards the edge of the wrapper, lengthwise
- Fold the edges of the wrapper in and carefully roll the remainder of the wrapper
- Use a small amount of water to seal the edges of the lumpia.
- Heat 3 to 4 inches of Oil in a deep side skillet and carefully add 5 lumpias at a time
- Cook until golden brown
- Remove from the oil and drain on a paper towel.
- Continue until all the lumpia are rolled and fried.
