QUICK AND DELICIOUS MEXICAN CASSEROLE

Short on time but yearning for a tasty dinner? Opt for this Quick and Delicious Mexican Casserole, a fantastic blend of lean ground beef, flavorful ranch-style beans, and crispy tortilla chips, all crowned with melted cheese, creamy chicken, and a dollop of sour cream.

While I typically lean towards homemade Mexican dishes like enchiladas, I decided to introduce some variety with this casserole—a delightful departure from our usual Mexican dinner fare.

Ingredients:

1 pound of lean ground beef

1 can of Ranch Style beans

1 bag (10-12 ounces) of crushed tortilla chips

1 can of Ro-tel tomatoes

1 small chopped onion
