5th Step
Use a double boiler or brief microwave bursts to melt the white chocolate in a heatproof dish, stirring in between each burst until it’s smooth.
6th Step
Dip each cold truffle, making sure it’s well covered, into the melted white chocolate using a fork or toothpick. After letting any extra chocolate fall off, return the coated truffles to the sheet covered with parchment paper.
7th Step
Garnish the truffles with festive ornaments or colored sugar while the chocolate covering is still wet. Give the truffles time to fully set. To expedite the procedure, refrigerate them for about fifteen minutes again.
8th Step
Once set, your Sugar Cookie Truffles are ready to be served. Arrange them on a festive platter or package them in decorative boxes for gifting.
