THE INGREDIENTS LIST:
FOR THE DOUGH:
2 ¼ Tsp.Of active dry yeast.
1 Cup.Of warm milk (110°F/43°C).
1/4 Cup.Of granulated sugar.
1/4 Cup.Of unsalted butter, softened.
1 Tsp.Of salt.
1 large egg.
3 1/4 Cups.Of all-purpose flour.
FOR THE FILLING:
1 ½ Lbs.Of ground beef (or a mix of beef and pork).
1 medium onion – chopped finely.
1 small head of cabbage, finely shredded.
Salt and pepper to taste.
OPTIONAL:
2 Cups.Of shredded cheese (cheddar or Swiss).
Mustard for serving.
