There are several methods for removing dirt inside the oven. These offer an excellent alternative to cleaning chemicals. Here are some examples.
Use table salt to thoroughly clean the oven
Salt on the oven door
It is entirely possible to clean the oven effortlessly using an accessible and natural ingredient: table salt. To begin, sprinkle a sufficient amount of this ingredient on the dirty spots in the oven. Then turn on the oven to a temperature of 180°C (350°F). The heat will thus brown the small salt particles that will dissolve the dirt. After about thirty minutes, turn off the oven and then open it, protecting yourself from the steam escaping. Allow to cool then, using a cloth dampened with water, wipe the inside of the oven to remove burnt residue and other food dirt.
Choose the bowl method for cleaning the oven
Lemon juice bowl
If you’re looking for an easy way to clean your oven, there’s nothing like the bowl method. All you need is a squeeze of lemon juice and a small container that can withstand heat. Then squeeze the juice from four lemons and place in the oven at a temperature of 250°C. Let the juice boil for about 30 minutes. After this time has elapsed, remove the dish from the oven and wipe the inside walls with a damp cloth. Lemon is an excellent cleaner and disinfectant. At the same time it removes all bad odors from the oven.
