After removing the rotted part, it is important to dry the rotting solution even with absorbent paper  and it is very important to remove the waste and isolate it as much as possible. We then take a piece of  activated carbon  , made from natural, dry firewood. The coal must then  be mixed and turned into powder.

Then we need to spray it on the “wound” of the plant so that it  can heal faster  and prevent further diseases from spreading. In addition, not everyone may know that activated carbon  has a very important sterilization function. Always sprinkle the base of the plant with charcoal dust and  isolate  the vase with the orchid from everything else. Then don’t water for a week.

We can immediately see how the plant  recovers on its own. This brings us to some very useful advice. Let’s take a  teaspoon of activated charcoal powder  and mix it with 1 liter of water. We need this to moisten the base of the plant. By doing this at least once a week, we help prevent further illnesses from developing. Another tip is to  immerse the pot with the plant in water and charcoal for at least 30 minutes.
