Cut the prepared puff pastry into strips, carefully twisting each strip into a spiral shape. Place the twisted pastries on a baking tray lined with parchment paper.
Bake at 190°C for approximately 20 minutes until the puff pastry sticks are golden brown.
Variation: For a different twist, try using smoked salmon instead of ham. Simply substitute with approximately 200 g of smoked salmon.
