Slice the log into 1-inch sections and place the roll-ups on the prepared baking sheet, ensuring they are not touching.
Bake in the preheated oven for approximately 18-20 minutes, or until the dough is golden brown and the cheese is bubbly.
Allow the roll-ups to cool for a few minutes before serving, as the cheese will be quite hot.
