Now grab the dough at both ends and turn it in the opposite direction. Here you can turn nice and tight. Then place the twisted dough stick on a baking tray. Season the outside with salt, pepper and other spices such as Italian herbs.

The pizza sticks then have to bake in the oven at 180°C (fan oven) for about 20 minutes. Let it cool down and then eat it. The pizza sticks taste really delicious warm or cold.
