- 250 gr. Ricotta or cheese of your choice
- 2 tbsp. sugar
- 1 tbsp. cornstarch
- 1 egg
Others:
- 1 suitable mold (22×22 cm)
Instructions:
1. Preheat your oven to 180°C (350°F) and grease your 22×22 cm baking mold with butter or cooking spray.
2. In a large mixing bowl, beat the eggs and sugar together until well combined and slightly frothy.
3. Add the vegetable oil and milk to the egg mixture and continue to mix until everything is well incorporated.
4. In a separate bowl, whisk together the flour, baking powder, vanilla sugar, and salt.
You know this meatloaf is bomb when all the kids gobble it up!
