How to clean dirty cement floor
Cement is difficult to get stained on, and it is also very easy to clean. You simply need powdered soap (for washing clothes) and that is enough.
We spread the soap all over the floor. Then we pour cups of warm/hot water and with a broom we start brushing well everywhere.
