It is also very important to know when to cut the flowers to keep the plant thriving. To make it last as long as possible, the flowers should be cut when they are not yet completely in full colour, but at around 75%.

In this way they can be placed in a vase of water and continue to grow and the plant continues to live without spending too much energy on flowering. The time at which the flowers are cut is also very important. It is advisable to do this early in the morning or late in the evening , with the lowest temperatures, so as not to stress the plant too much.
