- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1/2 cup whole milk
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon dried thyme
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- 2 tablespoons butter, cut into small pieces
- Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
