- 8 ounces cream cheese
- 4 ounces ricotta cheese
- 1 egg room temperature
- ½ cup sour cream
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1 cup shredded provolone cheese
