1 lb smoked sausage, sliced
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1/2 cup ranch dressing
1/4 cup milk
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
1/2 teaspoon onion powder
Salt and pepper to taste
2 tablespoons chopped parsley for garnish
