Cook the eggs over medium heat until the whites are cooked but the yolks are still runny. If you prefer cooked egg yolks, cover the pan with a lid during the last few minutes of cooking.
Using a spatula, carefully remove the eggs from the pan and serve immediately.
It’s important to note that cooking eggs without oil can make the eggs a little stickier to the pan, so it’s important to use a good quality non-stick pan to make removing the eggs easier.
