Instructions:
1. Place the chicken breasts at the bottom of the slow cooker.
2. In a small bowl, mix together the Caesar dressing, Parmesan cheese, chicken broth, and minced garlic.
3. Pour the Caesar mixture over the chicken breasts in the slow cooker, making sure they are well coated.
4. Season the chicken with fresh ground black pepper to taste.
5. Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours or on high for 3-4 hours, until the chicken is cooked through and tender.
6. Approximately 20 minutes before the chicken is done, cook the egg noodles according to the package instructions until al dente; then drain.
7. Once the chicken is cooked, you can either serve the breasts whole over the egg noodles or shred the chicken in the slow cooker and mix it with the sauce before serving over the noodles.
8. Garnish with chopped parsley if desired, and serve hot.
9. Enjoy your Slow Cooker Caesar Chicken over a bed of egg noodles for a satisfying and flavorful meal.
I’m embarrassed by how much I love this dish, but it’s too good not to share.
Every time I whip this up, the house smells incredible. It’s always a crowd pleaser.
