Ingredients
For the dough
300 g flour
200 g butter
200 g powdered sugar
6 pcs egg yolks
1/2 pack baking powder
200 ml milk
Zest of 1 lemon
For the apple layer:
1 kg apples, grated
5 tbsp sugar
1 pack banana flavored pudding powder
100 g raisins (can be omitted)
3 tbsp rum
1 pack cinnamon sugar
For the meringue:
6 egg whites
1 tbsp lemon juice
150 g sugar
5 tbsp desiccated coconut
