Ingredients to use for soft and fragrant garments

The two main ingredients are bicarbonate of soda and coarse salt. These combine with the strength of the water and the delicious scent of the essential oils of mint – orange – lemon or lavender.
How is it prepared? Pour a glass of water into a pan which must be brought to the boil. Leave to cool in order to completely eliminate the mineral salts and accumulated limescale .
