Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375F.
- Pour the frozen hash browns into a greased 9 x 13 inch baking dish and spread them out evenly.
- In a small mixing bowl whisk together the eggs, milk, salt and pepper.
- Pour the egg mixture over the hash browns.
- Place the sausage rounds over the eggs and hash browns, spacing them out evenly.
- Put the casserole in the oven and bake for 30 minutes.
- Remove the dish from the oven and place the 8 cinnamon rolls on top spaced out evenly.
- Return the casserole to the oven and continue cooking for 18-20 minutes until the cinnamon rolls are nicely browned.
- Remove the casserole from the oven and spread the Pillsbury icing over the cinnamon rolls.
- Slice and serve.
- Enjoy!
