*2 cups (450g) butter (soft room temperature)

*1 and 2/3 cups (395 g) or 14oz sweetened condensed milk
* 1 tablespoon vanilla extract
* 5 and 1/2 cups (680 g) plain flour
* 4 teaspoons baking powder
