Directions: Prepare the Bread:
Spread a thin layer of butter on one side of each bread slice.
Place two slices of bread, buttered side down, on a flat surface. Assemble the Sandwiches:
Layer the mozzarella and cheddar cheese evenly on top of the bread.
Drizzle 1 tablespoon of honey over the cheese on each sandwich.
Sprinkle a pinch of cinnamon if desired for extra warmth.
Place the remaining bread slices on top, buttered side up. Grill the Sandwiches:
Heat a non-stick pan over medium-low heat.
Cook the sandwiches for 3–4 minutes per side, pressing lightly, until golden brown and the cheese is melted.
