3 medium potatoes, cubed
1 cup (240ml) red wine (or beef broth if avoiding alcohol)
2 cups (480ml) beef broth
2 tablespoons tomato paste
1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
1 teaspoon dried thyme
1 teaspoon dried rosemary
1 bay leaf
1/2 teaspoon smoked paprika
