🛒 Ingredients:
🥬 1 large white cabbage
🥩 500g minced pork, beef or mixed meat
🍚 1 cup cooked rice
🧅 1 medium onion (finely chopped)
🧄 2 cloves garlic (pressed)
🧂 Salt and pepper (to taste)
🌿 1 teaspoon marjoram
🍅 500ml tomato paste (or canned tomatoes)
🥄 2 tablespoons tomato paste
🌾 1 tablespoon wheat flour (optional, to thicken the sauce)
🫒 2 tablespoons oil
