Sprinkle the slices with salt and let them stand for 15 minutes to remove the bitter taste. Then rinse and dry with kitchen paper.
2๏ธโƒฃ Frying eggplant:
Heat olive oil in a pan ๐Ÿซ’ and gently fry the eggplant slices on both sides until soft and lightly browned.
3๏ธโƒฃ Preparation of the filling:
In a bowl, mix the minced meat ๐Ÿฅฉ, finely chopped onion ๐Ÿง…, pressed garlic ๐Ÿง„, diced tomato ๐Ÿ… (optional), breadcrumbs ๐Ÿž and egg ๐Ÿฅš.
Season with salt, pepper, paprika ๐ŸŒถ๏ธ and oregano ๐ŸŒฟ.
4๏ธโƒฃ Rolling the rolls:
Place some of the filling on each eggplant slice and wrap it into a roll. Place the rolls in an oven dish.
5๏ธโƒฃ Casserole:
Place a slice of yellow cheese ๐Ÿง€ on each roll or sprinkle with grated cheese.
Place the dish in a preheated oven at 180ยฐC and bake for 20-25 minutes, until the cheese is melted and browned.
