Cook the rigatoni according to the packet instructions, then drain.
In a frying pan, heat the olive oil and fry the onion and garlic until soft.
Add the minced beef, paprika, salt and pepper. Cook until the beef is golden brown.
Add the crème fraîche and parmesan, then mix well to make a creamy sauce.
Add the rigatoni to the pan and toss until the pasta is well coated with the sauce.
Serve hot, garnished with fresh parsley.
