Whip the whipped cream until stiff and carefully fold it into the lemon mixture.
5️⃣ Assemble the dough:
Remove the base from the refrigerator and spread the lemon cream on it. Level the surface and place the cake in the refrigerator for at least 4 hours to stiffen.
6️⃣ Decoration:
Before serving, decorate the cake with lemon slices and sprinkle with icing sugar. For an extra visual effect, you can also add mint leaves. 🍃
