Ingredients (for 4 people)
1 pork tenderloin (600 to 700 g)
1 minced shallot
2 cloves of chopped garlic
200 g Boursin garlic and fine herbs
200 ml of liquid crème fraîche
10 cl of dry white wine
1 tablespoon of olive oil
1 knob of butter
Salt and pepper
A few sprigs of fresh parsley for decoration
