Preheat the oven to 180°
Make soft butter: microwave it for 15 seconds.
Beat the soft butter vigorously with the white sugar and brown sugar.
Add the egg, vanilla flavouring and pinch of salt and beat again until you obtain a homogeneous mixture.
Pour in the flour and yeast and mix everything with a spatula.
Finish by incorporating the chocolate chips with the spatula.
Form balls from the dough obtained and place them on a baking tray covered with baking paper.
Flatten the cookies slightly with the palm of your hand.
Cook for 13 minutes.
Let the cookies cool on a rack and enjoy! Preservation
The cookies can be kept in a metal box between two layers of baking paper for up to 15 days. Add two sugar cubes: they absorb every trace of moisture!
