250g 00 flour
150g sugar
1 teaspoon baking powder
1/2 teaspoon bicarbonate of soda
1/4 teaspoon salt
120ml milk
120ml yoghurt (you can substitute with buttermilk)
80ml vegetable oil (or melted butter)
2 large eggs
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
200g fresh or frozen blueberries
Icing sugar (optional for decoration)
