• 1 lb (450 g) cooked ham, cubed
• 4 gelatin leaves (or 2½ tsp powdered gelatin)
• ½ cup (75 g) fresh parsley, chopped
• 2 cloves garlic, minced
• ½ cup (120 ml) white wine
• 1 cup (240 ml) chicken stock
• Salt & pepper, to taste
