.Prepare the Chicken: Season both sides of the chicken breasts with salt, pepper, and paprika.
.Cook the Chicken: In a large skillet over medium-high heat, heat the olive oil. Add the chicken breasts and cook for 5-7 minutes per side, or until golden brown and cooked through. Remove the chicken from the skillet and set aside.
.Make the Garlic Butter Sauce: In the same skillet, reduce the heat to medium and add the butter. Once melted, add the minced garlic and sauté for 1-2 minutes until fragrant.
.Add Broth and Lemon Juice: Pour in the chicken broth (or wine) and lemon juice, stirring to deglaze the skillet and mix with the butter and garlic. Let the sauce simmer for 2-3 minutes until slightly reduced.
.Combine and Serve: Return the chicken to the skillet and spoon the garlic butter sauce over it. Let it heat through for a minute, then garnish with fresh parsley.
.Serve: Serve the chicken with the sauce spooned over the top, alongside your favorite sides.
This Garlic Butter Chicken is juicy, full of flavor, and easy to make! Perfect with mashed potatoes, rice, or a fresh salad. Enjoy!
